Surabaya with a population of three million people and growing population mobility resulted in a decline

in air quality. Motor vehicles and the use of fuel in the industry are one of the major contributing factors
in air pollution. Gas emissions of nitrogen dioxide (NO2) from motor vehicles and sulfur dioxide gases
(SO2) from industrial combustion are also potentially disruptive to human respiratory health.
Differences in pollutant concentrations and limitation of sampling point into problems in accurate data
collection and determination of air quality status in Surabaya city. The interpolation approach is done to
estimate the concentration of NO2 and SO2 at an unmeasured location. At this weaver, used an ordinary
cokriging method with two variables observed to improve accuracy. In addition, transformation to
overcome outlier data and normality problems. The results showed that the best estimation of NO2 and
SO2 concentrations was obtained using the anisotropy Semivariogram model that was influenced by the
wind direction from an angle of 110 (. The selected theoretical Semivariogram models for
concentrations NO2 and SO2 are Gaussian and Spherical. The accuracy value of the estimated
concentration of NO2 and SO2 with the selected Semivariogram model amounted to 53.9 percent and
0.9 percent.
