Recipe

1. Take 2 cups of masur dal (lentils) and soak them in water overnight
2. Make a paste of it and add eno or baking soda into it 1/4th tsp
3. Put oil into a pan (1 tsp) add mustard seeds, kari leaves, chana dal
4. Add them into the batter and put the batter into ildi stand and make fluffy and healthy idlis😊
