1. Aim/ Mục đích

- To use the core driller to provide an opening in the concrete floor for the following: installation
of water pipes, drain pipes ...

- Sử dụng máy khoan lấy lõi để tạo lỗ mở trong sàn bê tông cho các mục đích: lắp đặt đường ống
nước, ống nước thải ...

- To backfill the exist opening in the concrete floor and prevent people, meterials, accessories not
to fall down below floor.

- Để lấp lại lỗ mở trên sàn bêtông và ngăn ngừa con người, vật dụng, các phụ kiện không rơi
xuống tầng ở dưới.

Máy khoan lấy lõi và phụ kiện.
- Drilling head Ø114mm, Ø141mm, Ø168mm, Ø10mm.
Mũi khoan Ø114mm, Ø141mm, Ø168mm, Ø10mm.
- Sika grout, Ø10mm steel, plywood, zinc wire.
Vữa sika, thép cây Ø10mm, ván ép, dây kẽm.

- Other equipments.

4. Location of installation/ Vị trí lắp đặt:
- To drill and backfill a opening in all floors, following the approved drawing.
Khoan lỗ tạo các lỗ mở và lấp lỗ trên tất cả các sàn, theo bản vẽ đã được duyệt.

5. Procedure of installation/ Trình tự lắp đặt:

- The diameter of the sleeve is Ø114mm, Ø141mm, Ø168mm.
Đường kính của lỗ sleeve là Ø114mm, Ø141mm, Ø168mm. -
- The depth of the sleeve is 220mm.
Đường kính của lỗ sleeve là Ø114mm, Ø141mm, Ø168mm. -
Hang warning tape in the area on the below floor.
Treo băng cảnh báo quanh khu vực ở tầng dưới.
- Cover net will prevent concrete floor from dropping on the below floor.
Lưới che sẽ ngăn bê tông rớt xuống tầng dưới.

5.1. To drill a sleeve/ Khoan lỗ sleeve

Step 1:

- Choose right dimension core drill for the diameter of sleeve.

Chọn đúng kích thước mũi khoan lấy lõi cho kích thước lỗ sleeve.

Step 2:
- Supply electric power for the core driller.
Cấp nguồn điện cho máy khoan lấy lõi.
Step 3:
- Run the core driller, use the lever to move core drill up and down, sleeve will be appeared
Chạy máy khoan lấy lõi, sử dụng cần gạt để di chuyển mũi khoan lên và xuống, lỗ sleeve sẽ
được hình thành.

Step 4: After drilling a sleeve, the core driller must be moved to the position like step 1.
Sau khi khoan xong lỗ sleeve, mũi khoan phải được di chuyển tới vị trí như bước 1.
- Remove the temporary concrete. / Loại bỏ bê tông đã được cắt.
- Finish drilling a sleeve. / Kết thúc công tác khoan lỗ sleeve.

5.2. To backfill an exist sleeve / Lấp lỗ sleeve: -

Step 1:

- To drill 2 holes, install Ø10mm steel as displayed drawing.

Khoan lỗ, lắp đặt thép Ø10mm như hình vẽ .

- Step 2:
- Install plywood below a sleeve.
Lắp đặt ván ép dưới lỗ sleeve.

- Step 3:
- Mix sika grout and water with reasonable rate.
Hòa trộn vữa sika và nước với tỷ lệ hợp lý. -
Backfill a sleeve by above mixture.

Lấp đầy lỗ sleeve bằng hỗn hợp vừa trộn ở trên.

Step 5:

- After backfilling a sleeve, cut the zinc wire and remove Ø10mm steel above a sleeve.
Sau khi lấp xong lỗ sleeve, cắt dây kẽm và bỏ thép Ø10mm phía trên lỗ sleeve. -
- Remove the plywood below a sleeve.

Bỏ ván ép ở phía dưới lỗ sleeve. -

Finish backfilling a sleeve.

Kết thúc công tác lấp lỗ sleeve.

6. Safety requirement and precaution/ Yêu cầu an toàn và biện pháp ngăn ngừa
- Ensure the all personal protection equipments (PPE) shall be provided on Site before starting of work
such as helmet, safety boots, safety glasses, gloves, mask etc and their good condition. Đảm bảo tất
cả các trang bị bảo hộ cá nhân đầy đủ trên công trường trước khi bắt đầu công việc như nón, giày,
găng tay, mặt nạ…trong điều kiện tốt.

- Make sure that PPE must wear in the correctly way when working.
Khi làm việc các nhân viên phải mang các bảo hộ lao động đúng cách.
- Tools and equipments shall be inspected by authorized person before carried out the work.

- Barricades and sign posts for warning shall be provided on site.

Ở công trường phải có vật chướng ngại để chắn và bảng hiệu để cảnh báo.
- Workers working on formwork for floor slab must wear PPE at any time.
Những nhân viên làm công việc trên ván khuôn sàn bắt buộc phải mang bảo hộ lao động.
- Workers working on formwork for floor slab have to pay attention to the openings/surrounding area.

Những nhân viên làm việc ván khuôn sàn phải quan tâm đến khu vực lỗ mở & xung quanh.
- Cleaning properly after working in specific area.
Sau khi hoàn tất công việc thì phải dọn vệ sinh sạch ở khu vực mình đã thi công.
