The estimated time calculation wil are performed together with the Circuit Breaker BHG112 operating mechanism FK2-6 only apply if the improvement and repair work pection as per pos. 1 Implementation of ail relevant design improvements: * Replace dash pot cover by improved design (new gasket, new dash pot cover) Retrofit improved BM1-1 Hand crank limit switch (Important new safety feature) * BMI-1 motor drives supplied before 1985 are equipped with only 1 hand crank limit switch’, which interupts only the motor supply when inserting the hand crank. A second limit switch is necessary to interupt the control circuit and thus any standby command while the hand crank or the new BM1-1 blocking device is inserted. Therefore it is mandatory. We strongly recommend to incorporate this improvement. + BMI-1 motor crives supplied between 1985 and 1995 ore equipped with 2 independent hand crank limit switches"). We recommend to replace this limit switches by the new unbreakable limit switch with aluminium switching pin. These switches have proven to be to fragile for this application. ‘SF6 Leakage on cable end box Bay 01, gas compartment G2, phase U + SFé leakage was reported on this gas compartment. Location of leakage : Interface between cable end box (supplied by ALSTOM) and cable sealing end (supplied by cable manufacturer) Dismantie cable end box, clean and inspect sealing surfaces in order to identify reason of leckage.
