In spite of repeated followups, some of the sites are yet to populate the
masters and start using the “Rail Asset monitoring system”.

A report on the status of the data population and usage is attached herewith.
It is pertinent to note that this Rail asset monitoring system has been
developed to aid in monitoring the status of Rail Asset across NTPC and has
been developed as per the instruction of D(O) and ED(FT)-CC in co-ordination
with CCFT team with the separate modules for LOCO, Wagon, Track and S&T
systems.

Hence You are requested to instruct the concerned to port the data of your
site and start using the application regularly which removes redundancy of
paperwork and improve the efficiency of monitoring and management of your site
rail assets.

The application is available at url http://10.0.8.77:8899/Login.aspx

(currently accessible only on NTPC intranet).All are requested to familiarize
themselves with the application. Demo login credentials have been created as
Username: 0000, Password: 0000 (Login as Common User). A user training program
is also planned and shall be conducted in the Third week of June which shall
be communicated separately.
