2. Professional fees Rs. 29,850/- inclusive of out of pocket expenses,
but excluding GST @18%.
Note: 1.The Audit will be done offsite from our location. Necessary Access to be given to
our Auditors. However, if the audit is to be done onsite from your location, then
out of pocket expenses of Rs. 14,000/- towards travel, lodging, boarding plus
GST@18% is payable separately.
2. Payment Terms: 50% along with Work Order
50% on completion of audit & submitting the Audit Reports.
