LETTER OF CONSENT

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

________________ of legal age, Filipino, married to ___________, to use the front portion of my residential house
where she is allowed to sell food stuffs.

Since ________________ is considered a family member having, stayed with me and my late mother since
she was ______________, I allow her to use the premises free of rental charges.

She is, however, required to devote the area for business purposes only. No illegal or immoral activities
shall be done within the premises.
