Présentez la famille Cler: introduce The Clers

When the question is Présentez-vous (introduce yourself) you answer

by using the subject Je (I).

But, if the question is about 3rd person like Présentez la personne

(introduce the person) you answer with C’est ………….. (This is …………..
and you mention the name of that person). Then you use Il (he, if the
person is a male one) or you use Elle (she, if the person is female one).
Note:
To answer such question, you should use the information that
are given by the teacher.
Ex.: Présentez la personne:
Olivier Dodard, françias, Lyon, françias, italien, anglais, le sport,
la musique
The answer should be like this:
C’est Olivier Dodard.
Il est françias.
Il habite à Lyon.
Il parle françias, italien et anglais.
Il aime le sport et la musique.

Les article indéfinis

Indefinite articles in French are three. They are
used before nouns.
Un: (a or an) is used before singular masculine noun.
Ex.: un garçon (a boy)
un bébé (a baby)

Une: (a or an) is used before singular feminine noun.

Ex.: une letter (a letter)
une photo (a photo)

Des: is used before plural noun masculine or feminine.

Ex.: des garçons (boys)
des photos (photos)

Pluriel (plural)
Same as in English, plural in general is made by
adding the letter s to singular noun.
Ex.: un garçon (a boy)
des garçons (boys)
une photo (a photo)
des photos (photos)
Note:

Pay attention a singular noun that is ended with s.

Such noun has its plural without adding the letter s.

Ex.: un français (a French man or boy)

des français (French men or boys)
Try dear students to fill the blanks of activité 3 in
page 31 with un, une or des.
