Genesis:
The Anonymous Museum is the merge between the Oblivium Museum and the Forget-Me-Not-
Museum. It was founded in 2004 by the Anonymous Academie during the Unknown Artist
Economy Conferences in Fundação Serralves Porto, Portugal.

Context:
The museums became “a-musement” destinations. The Muse became weak.
The museum have to became a mith of itself. This Metamuseum is where you make justice
to all artists that desire to be anonymous, the ones tha have been anonymous and the ones
against the complicated mechanism that rules authorship.
The Anonymous Museum is the archive of the Muse itself. The Corpus Anonimous (Doxa).
Pseudonymity is permitted and heteronomy is promoted.
Such a structure will have to deal with:
- The difficulty of classification, contextualization and interpretation of anonymous works.
- All work, although anonymous, are expression of authority or authorship.
- The subjectivity isn’t necessarily suppressed by the fact of being anonymous works.
- The voluntary authorship suspension Foucault suggests an editorial year without the authors
name printed on the books. redefines and stimulates criteria (the ARTOID alter ego).
- The anonymous voluntarism is connected to the notion of secrecy.
- The increase of value of an anonymous work is less arbitrary because is not connected with
the curriculum algorithm.

Method:
A. The Anonymous Museum (AM) is build on works, ideas, projects with no authorship.
B. The Anonymous Museum is online but you can build any of the ideas presented.
C. Any work offered to the Anonymous Museum loses all copyrights.
D. The Anonymous Museum will register and archive all the works offered.
