Dear Hon. Alvarez,

I am writing this letter for my application in your institution as a general physician. I just
recently passed the physician licensure exam and I am looking for an excellent hospital
where I can contribute help through the knowledge I’ve learned while studying medicine.

I am fortunate that a friend of mine, Dr. Joel Victor Rabanal recommended your
institution. He has said such high praises about your hospital facilities. It will be an
honour to work in a hospital like yours.

I am a graduate of Our Lady of Fatima University College of Medicine. I did my post

graduate internship in Tondo Medical Center (TMC), a government tertiary hospital. Like
any other government tertiary hospital, the hospital runs in a toxic setting because of the
volume of patients coming in for consult every day. Despite the toxicity, I am proud to
say that I was able to survive the long and tiring duties still with a smile on my face. This
speaks highly of my optimist disposition when faced with an adversity – which, I believe
is one of the qualities a physician should possess.

Attached is a copy of my curriculum vitae. I am currently living in Pangasinan but I am

willing to go there to Palawan if you consider my application. Thank you very much for
