------------- Problem Encounter and it's Solution --------------

--> WE have completed our SGP Project which is on Website Based online Complaint
Management System, Which consist of Civic problems and their solutions sort out by
Govt. employees.Below here I've encountered some problems and their solutions which
may occur in our system.

--> Prob: 1) There is some lack of time and source unavailiblity there would be
problem with Govt. Employees there is only one particular officer which will sort
out all that complaints and reach out all that to their particular problem solveing
officer.

Soln.: We can solve this problem via using more technology and adding feature of
different department employees login as "Admin Login" instead of only one employee
login into "Admin Login", so that by this soln. our system has more efficiency to
solve problems as soon as possible.

--> Prob: 2) This website is in beginning phase , so It may occur security issues
or we can say Bug problems which are very serious problem to this Complaint
Management System which might be affect to the database and also to the Front-End /
Back-End of the website.

Soln.: To solve this problem we will providing the as much as possible security and
Bug fixes for this website.

--> Prob: 3) The another problem is that Deployement changes like if the
developers wanted to change their project Back-End for more Efficient work of
Website.

Soln.: During this kind of problem Civic have to support the Govt. and the Website
developers who are making website or interaction between Govt. and Citizens more
successfully and in Efficient way.
