Standard operating procedure:

1. According to recipe chemicals should be used in correct way.

2. In case of white garments different machine hydro , drawer should be identified in
differently .

6. Never make the machine dirty.
7. In case of ongoing process of machine operator should be present in front of the
machine.
8. In case of trouble shoot of the machine power should be off and informed to
maintenance.
9. Without any permission of maintenance any operator should not open the panel board.

Finishing:

Snap button machine:

1. At first sea.t
2. Switch On.
3. If the wire is loose informed to electrician.
4. Check the air pressure.
5. Safety guard check.

Functional machine:

1. Gap set up
2. Check the paddle set up.
3. Mold should not down on the floor.
4. Eye glass use.
5. Floor mate ensure under the machine.
6. Air plug should be checked carefully.

Metal detector:

1. Power on
2. Metal point check
3. Paddle mate checked

Heat Transfer machine:

1. Paddle mate checked.

2. Air pressure check.
3. Heat temperature check.

Iron table & iron:

1. Switch on
2. Paddle mate checked
3. Steam pressure is ok or not
4. Succession motor working or not.
5. Check the iron lick age.
6. Steam paper hose pipe is ok or not.

Spotty cleaning machine:

6. He started first piece of the bundle. When he continue sewing the last piece of the
bundle, after completing all piece of bundle, then he tie this bundle with a ribbon.

7.Then he passed bundle to the operator who0 his in front of him.
