bring joy to children in need this 11 February 2017 at the
Department of Social Welfare and Development
Juvenile Rehabilitation Facility.

Colors for Change is an event that aims to inspire

hundreds of the youth under DSWD detention to turn a
new leaf and to help them find a more creative outlet
for their emotions by engaging them in creative
workshops and exposing them to notable artists and
personas with similar backgrounds.
