TARTAR SAUCE
Ingredients
3/4 cup
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp coarse grained mustard
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp small diced dill pickles
1 tbsp capers
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 pinch salt, or to taste
1 pinch black pepper, or to taste
Directions
1. Put all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend well. You can refrigerate sauce up
to one week in the fridge.
Sponge cake
4 eggs
220g sugar
Vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
4 teaspoons water
120g flour
Mix eggs and sugar for 15 to 20 minutes.
Add gradually the flour and mix slowly with a spatula.
Preheat the oven at 250 degree then bake at 180 for about 15 minutes
and check.
