    3. You MUST have a lightbar at all times UNLESS SERGEANT +
    4. You MUST have a push bar at all times
    5. You MUST follow modifications/extras on SOP unless stated by
    Sheriff/Undersheriff that you are allowed to change it.
    6. You are allowed to drive anything your rank or below
