HYP – Golden Rules for this Messenger group.

*Keep to the purpose of the group! Don’t share irrelevant messages about other topics. *

1. Do not spam the group! If you would like a to share memes, adverts or deals, kindly

seek prior permission with Admin. This group is only for the communication purposes and not for
marketing your product/services. Please refrain from doing so.

2. Please don’t send in “good morning”, “thank you”, “congratulation”, “season’s greetings”,
“birthday/anniversary wishes” messages. If you feel gratitude towards someone – convey them directly
in a private message. No forwarded messages in this group.

3. If someone asks a question of a personal nature (like asking for advice) don’t respond

if someone else has already answered, or else respond to the person directly in a

private message.

4. This group is not a religious or political one hence no arguing, no heated opinions, no

fear mongering, no hyped-up drama & no fake news. *No profane language*.

5. Never EVER use this group to berate someone else or air grievances. If you have an

issue address it one on one with the concerned person.

6. Wednesday: All associate members can put 1 post about their suggestion and feedback regarding work
that will carried out by the team. If additional posting is requested, it will be as per HYP Policy.

7. Members who violate above rules may be suspended/removed from the group.
