RNA Extraction according to Anatolia Kit

1. Taken 750 µl RNA solution in a eppendorf tube

2. Taken dry swab in this tube and Vortex for 60
minutes
3. 25 µl sample taken in new eppendorf tube
4. Incubation for 8 minutes in at 95°C
5. Samples are ready for Real Time PCR Mater Mix
within 30 minutes ( or store at 4°C for 24 hours/
-20°C for 7 days)
 Master mix Preparation according to Anatolia Kit

1. PCR Master mix- 15 µl ×48 + 72 µl = 792 µl

was taken in an eppendorf tube.
2. 0.2 µl ×48 + 0.96 µl = 10.56 µl internal control
was taken into the eppendorf tube.
3. Vortex/ Spin for 5 seconds.
4. 15 µl Prepared master mix was taken in every
PCR tube (200 µl)
5. 10 µl extracted RNA sample was taken in every
PCR tube carefully.

These 48 PCR tubes are ready for PCR machine
