Design of ventilation circuit in the Paragsha Mine Fragment of Lv. 1200 Map Updated
* Based on the study level being carried out, an accuracy between the simulation and the actual ventilation circuit of around 80% is expected.
CONCLUSIONS
Short Term
• The ventilation circuit is affected by the practices of some workers and the lack of signaling in some elements of the circuit, it is
necessary to train workers in issues related to the ventilation circuit and update the signage based on new air flows.
• Based on the ventilation circuit, it was observed that in some areas, foul air has a minimum output due to the obstruction of the
roads to the chimneys, this generates accumulations of hot foul air reaching high temperatures (42oC). Therefore the obstructing
material must be removed to alleviate damage to the rock mass.
• Placing boards in control stations that lack them, and updating their data will allow for better control of the ventilation circuit.
CONCLUSIONS
Medium - Long Term
• Based on the digital model and the simulation obtained for the rehabilitation stage, it will be possible to visualize the problems in
general and provide solutions for them.
• The decision to continue using the same ventilation equipment or the acquisition of a new fan from the mine should be evaluated in
the future.
• Certain adjustment factors will be taken into account in the software (resistance and obstruction of the galleries, friction factors
and rock type).
