HR Validation Questionnaire

Basic Questions:

1. Candidate full name along with Surname (as in Aadhar/PAN/Passport)


2. Total Experience (include the months also)
3. Relevant Experience
4. Current Company (permanent/contract, if contract mention payroll company name)
5. For juniors till 5 to 6 Years, how did they got their first opportunity (On campus, Off campus,
Reference, Interview)

If Candidate is on contract payroll:

7. Client Location and address
8. Mode of salary payment
9. Can the candidate submit bank statement?
10. Does they have PF or not?
11. Currently working or not working (if not working update the resume with LWD)
12. Reason for leaving the previous company?
13. If not working candidate can come and meet us at our office
14. Current CTC(Need to ask Take Home)
15. Check with fixed and variable CTC
16. Expected CTC (Check with % of hike expecting and also take home expectations)?
17. Offers in hand?
18. Can you deactivate profile from all portals and social media after selection confirmation mail
from us?
19. Interviews in pipeline(Ask if anything is in verge of closing such as final discussions with HR)
20. Ask which are the last 3 interviews he/she attended , cos name job role?
21. How many F2F rounds can the candidate attend?
22. How much of exclusive lead time he is willing to give us before he gets to look for other
opportunities?
23. Current location (is the candidate at job location or at his hometown)
24. Will the candidate available for F2F in next 10 working days with prior one day information.?

Work Related Questions:

25. How many projects he worked in his tenure.?


26. In which projects he worked on mandatory skills
27. Candidate experience in mandatory skills.
28. Self rating on Key skills
29. Is he willing to do an immediate online or Tech check on his claims of key skills knowledge ?
30. Latest technologies worked, seminars attended, new certifications?
31. Candidates current Role and responsibilities?
32. What is the role candidate is expecting?
33. Any time he resigned from current company and retained by them, are they working in a same
organization more than 2 years.?

Relocation related:

34. Why candidate is looking for relocation(Has any relatives or how is he/she is going to manage
their Logistics)
35. Candidate is married or unmarried(Last minute no Family decisions to be involved for their
joining)?

If not married

36. His native place, ?


37. Would he like to go back and work in South or North of India ? ( depending upon his native land
proximity and current work location details .
38. Education location, ?
39. Starting from his career which are locations he worked so far ?
40. Where are his parents staying currently?
41. When is the candidate is planning to get married?

If married

42. Where is the candidate family located currently ?


43. Check about children, their education,
44. Candidate wife/husband working or not, if working?
45. Where he/she is working?
