This is to express in writing our inability to submit on time the grades sheet for Eskolaran as one
of grantees. We promise to submit the said grading sheet on or before May 30, 2019.

Furthermore, we are fully aware that subsequent Promissory Notes shall not be accepted without
settling my current grade sheet.
