lubrication itself dampens it, but he want more in sleeve type. I couldn tell. (Later found a
notes that air is given at the backside of the turbine blade from the comp side )
64.How botton end bearing lubricated ? Said from tels pipe, xhead, con rod then comes to
bottom half of the shell. He wanted exact location of entry (it is through side holes in
upper shell. Wants to know ant tangential run n bore relief in the shell)
65.Back pressure valve in reefer. Strtd with , it ll be in veg room to maintain more pressure
in the evaporator line of the veg room coz bef room doesnt need tht much low
refrigerant like meat room, so y increasing the back pressure, refrigerant is made to stay
longer in the evaporator. Then he asked what expansion vlv is dng? Said it jus maintains
the superheat condition at evaporator outlet not the pressure.
66.What pressure u set the blr safety valve? Said 103% of working pressure. He asked abt
design pressure. Expected Factor of safety. Said it is uts/working stress. Convinced him
that safety vlv is not set according to design pressure . Then He said “ u need to tell
maximum working pressure” . He expects that word “maximum”
