Critical path is C-H-M-O, 32.7 weeks

2. If activities I and J were not necessary, what impact would this have on the critical path and the
number of weeks needed to complete the marketing campaign?

It wont necessarily have an impact on the critical path, because the critical path will remain the same. If
disregard activities I and J, the final design phase will be completed earlier.

3. Do we have an over allocated activities? If yes, make a list.

Yes, on the month of Jul, Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov, Dec.
