This case study describes about Ethical issues and dishonest behavior among the employees in the

workplace. Jaggu who was over ambicious and though he was successful in his career. he complained
against his subordinates, supported unethical things which happened in the organization and
dishonest behavior with his co-workers. Later Jaggu was reverted to his old position. Jaggu resigned
because his truth and talent was not being respected. From 1977 to 1993 Jaggu’s career path has a
steep rise and sudden fall.
