UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
Heard.
In view of the judgment of this Court in Subramanian Swamy
v. Union of India - (2016) 7 SCC 221, we are not inclined to go
into the validity of provisions of Sections 499 and 500 of the
I.P.C. again. However, it is open to the parties to take
appropriate remedies at appropriate forum in accordance with
law.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
