The most interesting place I have visited

The most interesting(entresten) place (ples) I have visited is the Tayrona Park, it is truly
incredible(incredebol) and has the best landscapes (lanqueeds) and biodiversity in our
country.

In 2018 (tuenieiting) I went on vacation (vequeicion) to the Tayrona Park, I went on a hike
through the jungle, practiced diving on the beaches, observed the fish and many animals in
their natural habitat.

I really think that the fauna and flora of the Tayrona Park are in danger(deinyo) and this will
drastically (drasticly) change the environmental conditions due to the pollution of the sea,
rivers and tourism, since the park has many water sources that supply the environment in
which species live. Endangered, putting the existence of the species even more at risk.

Why did I choose the Baterias Willard Company?

I made this decision because the company uses materials like lead and sulfuric acid for its
products. These products are highly dangerous and cause a lot of damage to nature and
Malambo society. Sometimes this company has been closed for not complying with
environmental regulations

What opinions and demands did they make?

Demands

Based on the damaging effects to the environment, we can identify the death and deformation
of fauna and flora in the area associated with its location, as well as the increase in mortality
rates associated with diseases caused by lead at the time the production of BATERIAS
WILLARD S.A it started.

Petitions

 First: That the defendant company must immediately stop its operations in the
affected area.
 Second: That the defendant company accept under its responsibility the damages
caused to the society of MALAMBO.
 Third: That the defendant company be liable for the damages caused to each affected
person.
 Fourth: That the defendant company must indemnify each affected person and family
according to the conditions imposed by law.

The student will implement an ecological solution to the problem.

 The solution is based on the use of alternative materials that produce the least amount
of negative impacts on the environment.
 Compliance with environmental rules and regulations, to guarantee the least impact on
nature.
How will solving the problem affect nature?
The solution will have a positive impact, since it will guarantee the reduction of pollution
and the effects it produces, providing the recovery of nature and the affected areas.
