Every guest mix needs to have a tracklist. The reason a tracklist is requested is each artists who’s music
you’re playing can be tagged online so they see they are receiving your support through social media.
This will enable them reshare it, should they chose to. It also means if someone searches for a particular
track they could very well end up listening to your guest mix. A monthly playlist on spotify will be created
meaning that you are also helping that artist as well as yourself broaden your listenership. There’s a bit
of work doing this so I ask you make my life easier by creating a tracklist in the following format

A .txt file is preferred
You can make text files with the software NOTEPAD (which everyone should have! For
MAC users, this is called Textedit)
BIOGRAPHY & PRESS SHOTS
Please include a small biography, if you have one – I will be using some of the facts to speak about as the
show begins. Nothing intense, nothing poetic required. Just some facts like who you are, your first
release info, next release info and if you want to mention any gigs or anything of interest to people that
are into your music

Please supply me with a press shot, action shot or otherwise usable artist picture. The artwork will be
made out of this picture
DEADLINES
Please allow a minimum of 1 week to upload each episode – This gives me time to create the artwork
generate the links and get everything ready. If you have your mix ready earlier – that’s great send it in.
The earlier I have it the more ready and efficient I can be
