Subject: Time extension of 11 days i.e. 6/09/2019

Dear sir,
The above work was started in rainy season. We are doing work in open area. The work is of
laying machine precast concrete interlocking pavers on 50 mm layer of sand. We are facing rains
in parts of July and August .The work cannot be done due to wet sand. We were ordered to
laying the parking concrete tiles on front area of the building was increased later on .The
material came from M.P. on demand; dated on 10/08/2019.The material reached the site on
30/08/2019,so our work was delayed.

Now we are requesting to grant us extension for the above work of time from 25/08/2019 to
06/09/2019 i.e. for 11 days.
