Re: Declaration Under Prudential Regulations for Small Enterprises (SE)

Dear Sir,
I refer to the banking facility requested for by me and enclose my Balance Sheet as desired by
you. I confirm that;
1. My total accommodation i.e. borrowing and other facilities (including Fund and Non Fund
Based) from all banks and financial institutions, including your bank, do not exceed Rs 25
Million (Rupees Twenty five Million).
2. My total accumulated Fund Based/Non-Fund Based clean exposure from all Banks and
Financial Institutions, including your Bank, does not exceed Rs 5 million (Rupees Five
million). This, however, does not include clean consumer financing limits such as Credit
Cards and Personal Loans etc.
3. I undertake that the requested facility will be utilized for the purpose as stated in my letter
of request for facility.
4. There is no existence of any interest between me and any of the BAHL director, major
shareholder holding 5% or more of the share capital of the bank or its Chief Executive, or
an Employee or any dependent family member of these persons.
I further undertake to maintain the above confirmations given by me, so that SBP Prudential
Regulations stand complied with.
I would also like to confirm that the above declarations are correct and are in conformity with
the Books of Accounts maintained by me.
