Syllabus for the post(s) of Regional Manager, Class-I (on Contract basis) in HRTC

under the Department of Transport, H.P.

The Screening test (either offline or online, as the case may be) will be of two hours’
duration consisting of 100 objective type Multiple Choice Questions (one mark each)
covering the syllabus in the ratio of 50:30:20:-
i). Financial Management, Human Resource Management, Indian Constitution,
Administrative Laws, Company Law & Labour Law.
50 marks
ii). Road Transport Corporation Act, Industrial Dispute Act, Central Motor Vehicle Act/
Central Motor Vehicles Rules, Motor Transport Workers Act & H.P. Ticketless
Travelling Act.
30 marks
iii). General Knowledge (Himachal Pradesh, National, International & Current Affairs)
20 marks
