INTRODUCTION

Technological Services Ltd. (TSL) is a full-service engineering and

consulting firm. We have served as consultant to large number of
electric cooperatives and numerous industries, municipalities and
government agencies. TSL has long been noted in the fields of
electrical, architectural, civil and mechanical engineering. A substantial
portion of our business is in the area of planning, forecasting and
analysis. Over the years the evolution of our services has been in
response to our clients' needs. When we perceive a need we quickly
move to meet it. As a result of this policy we offer a wide variety of
consulting services under one roof.

Technological Services Ltd. was founded in Dhaka in 1973. The

primary focus during the early years was to provide electrical &
mechanical engineering services as strong supplementary practice for
the consultants associated with civil engineering & architecture. The
trend had been initiated toward expanding services in order to cover
the full range of engineering.

During the end 70's, in response to the needs of the country, TSL
started offering its services for Transmission & Distribution Industry.
Today, among other services, we offer consulting services regarding
virtually every aspect of electric utility management and operations.

Since its inception, TSL has experienced steady growth and has
progressively developed its personnel and facilities in order to perform
the best possible job for all clients. Our organization consists of
engineers and architects, finance and accounting professionals,
economists, technicians, systems analysts, statisticians, and other
trained professionals. The emphasis we place on meeting clients'
needs and practical problem solving has proven most successful. One
measure of firm's success is repeat business, and TSL has been
fortunate to enjoy serving many of our clients for almost two decades.
