HOW TO CREATE A NEW CLOUD ADMIN ACCOUNT

1. First, login to the Oracle Cloud “My Services” web page using the link:
https://myservices.oraclecloud.com
 Use your cloud credentials for your Identity Domain, Username and Password

2. Click on the “Users” link as shown by the red arrow on the “My Services” web page:

3. Click on the “Add” button as shown by the red arrow below:

4. Fill in the following details:

First Name: Lenny

Last Name: Mwangi


Email: lenny.mwangi@oracle.com

Use email as user name: Select (Check mark the box)

For assigned roles, select the following:

 Identity Domain Administrator (check mark this box)

 Under the Service drop down list, select the following, one at a time:

o DBAAS Database Administrators

o JAAS Java Administrators

o JAAS Java Operators

o SOA SOA Administrators

NOTE: After selecting each role, click on the >> link to assign the role. Then select another role and
click on the >> again. Repeat this process until all the roles are assigned.

Your Add User window should now look like the one below:
5. Click on the “Add” button.
