Dear students,

Expect the first exam to have questions like the following. I strongly suggest you form groups
and write detailed answers to all of the questions in this study guide. If you can answer all of
these questions, you should do well in the exam. In addition to these questions, I will also give a
few bonus questions, but you shouldn’t expect the bonus questions to be simple. You still have
time to read the book if you haven’t already.
