Skim Perumahan Rakyat Malaysia (PR1MA)
Skim Perumahan Rakyat Malaysia(PR1MA) is the most popular among people as it is developed at strategic location which is targeting middle class group. Each unit is priced at RM100,000.00 to a maximum of RM400,000.00. Skim MyHome MyHome scheme is targeting low income group. There are 2 categories in MyHome scheme. MyHome 1 is for household monthly income rate of RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 which is applied at peninsula and Sabah Sarawak. MyHome 2 is for household monthly income of RM4,001.00 – RM6,000.00 which is applied at peninsula and Sabah Sarawak. Rumah PPA1M Rumah PPA1M scheme is focusing on civil servant with a grade level under JUSA C and has household income of RM10,000.00. The price for each unit is RM150,000.00 to RM300,000.00. Program Perumahan Rakyat(PPR) Program Perumahan Rakyat(PPR) is the solution for people with household income below RM3,000.00 to own their own house. One house can be purchase with the price of RM30,000.00 to RM40,500.00. Rumah Mesra Rakyat Rumah Mesra Rakyat is targeting the villagers who have land but do not have homes. The conditions are the monthly household income not exceed RM3000.00 and their land is shall have a minimum size of 2800 square feet.
