Team Evaluation

Working in groups is always fascinating, yet challenging. We learn so much from the

different perspectives of our teammates. Of course sometimes there are clashes and conflicts

when everyone keeps their point of view in front of others. Then it comes down to us if we are

willing to listen with an open mind. Often, we restrict ourselves from caring what others believe.

But in a good team, fortunately in this case like ours, there is a good understanding and common

respect. We managed the time properly, divided roles equally and more importantly worked hard

towards giving our best in fulfilling those roles. Proper communication helped us to avoid any

miscommunications and everything was streamlined.
