 Project team had established a Quality Assurance department to carry out multi stage

inspection of various construction activity for confirmation with drawing/standards.

 Well-equipped In-house Quality control laboratory established near batching plant for the purpose of
monitoring, inspecting and testing.
 Dedicated quality control team for distribution of concrete and tested the concrete batches produced
and ensured the desired quality standards/specification.
 Self-Compacting concrete designed to pour in the 125mm thick wall which has more than 30 openings
in a single pour.
 Apart from this, CONQUAS (Construction Quality Assessment System) was done for wall and slab of
all the structures before and after concreting to ensure that quality was maintained.
 As for finishing works, all the workers from various trades were thoroughly tested for
knowledge and Inducted further before engaging them for the project work.
 Appreciated TWICE by client for Excellence in Quality Control through Client’s second party
quality performance audit for surpassing the set benchmark 90% QMS level.
