Healthy life is very important to enjoy of the activities everyday. In my
breakfast I prepare a salad with lettuce, tomato, onion an chicken, I drink water or orange juice. in the afternoon I go at the gym to work out. Vegetables and fruits have vitamins neccesary to do our job and live more years. I can share with you some tips for healthy life: Drink two liters of water everyday, Do exercise at least 30 minutes everyday, Don´t eat meals whit grass, candies, sodas and cakes. Best Regards.
