Presentation Plan Guidelines

Romario Castro outlines a plan for giving presentations that includes varying the tone of one's voice, reading as little as possible and instead managing the subject well, using hand gestures for security, speaking slowly to be understood, leaning on supporting images, arriving early to rehearse in the presentation space, being clear and direct without detouring, and preventing oneself well by thoroughly studying the subject matter. The plan provides guidelines for delivering public presentations by addressing aspects like one's voice, reliance on reading, gestures, speed, visual aids, preparation, clarity, and knowledge of the topic.

Romario Castro – Plan for presentation

The presentations of topics before the public are always a challenge that each one has to
face in a different way for which we make specific guidelines. I for example follow the
following plan to make a presentation

 Varies the tone of the voice

Avoid speaking too loud or too low, make a neutral voice

 Read as little as possible

avoid reading during the exhibition, if done frequently it implies little management
of the subject

 Make gestures and gestures with your hands

hand gestures give security about what is spoken

 Speak slowly
avoid careers when speaking, since you can not understand what is being talked
about

 Lean on images
use images that support and support my presentation

 Arrive early
arrive early to see the area and rehearse about the presentation space

 Be clear
Do not detour to talk about information, be clear and direct

 Prevent yourself well

study well on the subject to expose
