Dear James,

Guess what! I have some exciting news. I’m writing because I

want to tell you about my new flat.

It’s on Green Avenue. Can you believe it? We’re close to being

WRITING
able to visit us all the time. We can go shopping and hang out. I’m
moving out next week. Because I still need to buy some furniture.
I also need to sign the buy and sell papers. I have been too busy
and could not finish my research work. Anyway, I’m doing my
report.
