The Honduras gastronomy has many types of roots, for example; it contains pre-Columbian,

Spanish, Creole and to some point, African elements, also a typical of the entire Central
American Atlantic coast.

Now I’m going to talk about some of the dry foods that we have;

Atol de elote,Atol chuco ,Ticucos ,Tamalitos ,Baleadas

And the most popular traditional games in Honduras are the following;

Rayuela ,Papelote,Quemados ,Trompo,Los encostalados
