Small-sized Anechoic Chamber (3m Method)

Features
● Exclusively for small-size. Standardized for the purpose of
frequent use of EMI/EMS
● Thin type turntable design (approx. 20 cm) allowing for the
flat floor. Also installable within an existing building (height:
approx. 3.5 m)
● In EMI measurement in EMI specification (ALC-3SL/ALC-
3S), correlation with actual results is easily obtained as the
earth-reflected wave is utilized, as in the measurement at
open field test site. EMS specifications (ALC-3W) is suit-
able to comparative measurement using correction values
because of simplified application method.
● Ferrite radio wave absorber (TFA) is used to the frequency
up to 1 GHz. Additional radio wave matching devices are
available for the frequency ranging from 30 MHz to 18 GHz.

Anechoic Chamber for EMI/Microwave
Anechoic Chamber for Microwave Ranges

● Anechoic chamber for EMI/Microwave (ALC-ME) Features

● Provided with both characteristics of complete anechoic
chamber which produces an pseudo-free space within the
microwave ranges, and semi-anechoic chamber which
enables EMI measurement (for 3m regulations), as the
radio wave absorber on the floor travels automatically.
● Wide range (30 MHz to 100 GHz) radio wave absorption
is achieved by matching technology of ferrite radio wave
absorber and the pyramid type urethane radio wave
matching device, as well as the design technology of
anechoic chambers.
● GP-IB controlled attached facility allowing for automatic
instrumentation in a short time

Radio wave absorber of urethane foam in
surface wave form.
Applicable to an anechoic chamber for microwave
band.

UF
Three-layered radio wave absorber of ure-
thane foam
UW UF
Return loss is acquired by changing the dielectric
loss of each layer.
UF-W
A radio wave absorber with excellent weath-
erability. The UF is covered by the FRP sheet.
FRPs on the radio wave receiving side are superior
in mechanical strength and radio wave reflection
characteristics. Products are available in various
shapes.

RS
Resonance radio wave absorber with rub-
UF-W RS
ber sheet
Excellent weatherability supported by various cases
of outdoor use Special adhesion process is re-
quired to sustain the performance and to prevent the
detachment during long-term service.

Product name UW UF UF-W RS
