Good Day!

I am Catherine T. Sillero an employee and board secretary of this prestigious institution. I would like to
inform you that I have lodged a complaint against my fellow employee and have been waiting for its
resolution for quite a while now. I even sent a letter to our General Manager, Mr. Esperato Dicen Sr., in
order to remind him and hasten his resolution on the matter but still to no avail. Due to such, I am
seeking your help, as the board of this institution, to remind and compel the General Manager to resolve
as soon as possible the complaint filed in order for me to take the necessary steps after such resolution.
