Play Sequence

Center calls the offensive huddle 7 yards from the line of scrimmage (LOS) with “Huddle” call.

QB steps away and receives play information from coach and/or play cards.
● Play Call will be determined by the Play Cards shown.
● Formation will be determined by the coach’s hand signal (if needed).
● Tag(s) will be determined by the coach’s hand signal (if needed).

QB enters the huddle, relays the play formation & breaks the huddle on ”Ready”…”Pack”.

All players say “Pack” and break huddle together.

Offensive Line turns to the outside & SPRINTS to the LOS.

Cadence

“One”
The base cadence utilized will be on “One”

“One” Cadence:
“Set…...Down, Ready, Set-Go”

When on “One”, the ball will be snapped on the “S” in “Set-Go”.

All stationary players will initiate movement on the “S” in “Set-Go”.

On “SET”....

● All offensive players, other than the QB, must initiate stance.
● Immediately after, front & alignment calls are made by the OL.
● QB looks for coach signal to go as called or audible (You or Me).

If given “YOU” signal (coach pointing to QB), initiate remaining cadence, “DOWN, READY, SET-
GO” and run called play.

● A-Back motion departure will be dictated by the play call or tag.

If given “ME” signal (coach pointing to himself), call out “EYES”, letting players know to check
for new play cards & play call.
Once new information is received by all offensive players, initiate remaining cadence, “DOWN,
READY, SET-GO” and run new play.
