In continuation to the Order No. DMU-2020/C.R.92/0MU- I, dated 3 1" May 2020 (extended
by order dated 29'" June 2020) the State Government and in exercise of the powers, conferred under
the Disaster Management Act, 2005 the undersigned, in his capacity as Chairperson, State Executive
Committee, hereby issues orders to amend am/ clarify the following in these revised guidelines Order
dated 3 Ist May, 2020 (extended by order dated 29'" June 2020) after careful consideration of planning
of containment areas and availability of health infrastructure, for the strict implementation by the
concerned authorities of all the departments in the State of Maharashtra:

I) Municipal Corporations of MMR Region including MCGM, Municipal Corporations of Pune,


Solapttr, Aurangabad, Malegaon, Nashik, Dhule, Jalgaon, Akola, Amravati and Nagpur: In
Clause 6, after Mission Begin Agai n Phase IV following will be added:

ii ) In Mission Again Phase II , markets etc. were opened and nonessential shops were allowed
to function on PI-P2 basis from 9am to Spm.
