1. How to create a publication from template?

- Click the File tab to go to Backstage view, then select New. The Available Templates pane will appear.
Then select the type of publication and the template you want, after you selected with the
template/publication you want, click Create.

2.How to change template?

- Click the Page Design tab in the Ribbon. Then click the Change Template button in the Template
button group to open the Change Template dialog box. Select what type of template you want then click
Ok.

3. How to duplicate page?

- Go to the page in your publication where you want to insert the page then On the Insert menu, click
Page. In the Insert Page dialog box, click Duplicate all objects on page, and then type the number of the
page you want to copy and click Ok.
