‫هو العلم الذي يدرس خواص المعلومات وسلوكها والعوامل التي تحكم تدفقها ‪information science:‬‬

‫يراد بها النظريه الرياضيه للمعلومات والتي تطورت بموجب ما اتاحه ثالثية التقدم ‪nformation theory:‬‬
‫الجديدة(المعلومات والحاسبات و االتصاالت)وتحويل البيانات الى معلومات ونقلها من جانبها النظري التطبيقي وتحويلها‬
‫الى خبرة وتخزينها‬

‫هي مجموعة القدرات المطلوبة التي تمكن االفراد من تحديد احتياجاتهم من العملومات في ‪information culture:‬‬
‫الوقت المنسب والوصول اليها وتقييمها ومن ثم استخدامها بالكفاءة المطلوبه‬

‫مجموعه من االدوات تساعدك على العمل مع المعلومات واجراء مهام تتعلق بتجهيز ‪information technology:‬‬
‫المعلومات و معالجتها‬

‫‪2- What is the concept of:‬‬

‫هي محصلة االمتزاج بين المعلومات والخبرة والحكمة البشرية ومعظم المعارف االستنتاجيه‪Knowledge -‬‬

‫هو النشاط التطبيق الذي يهتم بتشغيل وانتاج المعلومات بما يتضمن طرق الحصول عليها وتخزينها ‪Informatics -‬‬
‫والتعامل معها‬

‫مجموعة من العناصر البشرية وااللية الالزمة الدخال البيانات وتشغيلها ومعالجتها وتحويلها ‪Information System-‬‬
‫الى معلومات‬

‫هو الفرع الذي يهتم بالوصول للبيانات وتخزينها والحفاظ على سرية المعلومات – ‪Information Management‬‬
‫واسترجاعها عند الطلب‬

‫هو مجتمع جامع ومنصف قوامه االنسان يتيح لكل فرد حرية انشاء المعلومات والمعرفة والنفاذ‪Information Society -‬‬
‫اليهما واالستفاده منها لتحسين نوعية الحياة‬
