ACE, an acronym for Art, Culture, and Education is a new & most contemporary social idea
whose time has come in India. ACE is about a social & innovative idea of creating Unique &
First time experiences for its audience in the area of Education, culture & Art. ACE is creating
a niche space for itself in the entertainment segment riding on the need for Knowledge
entertainment.

In the next 1 year, ACE has lined up a series of unique experiences that have never visited
this part of the globe. These unique experiences will be presented to the Hyderabad
Audience in the form of unique exhibitions, fantasy & augmented reality experiences,
Gourmet experiences etc. ACE has finalized more than 10,000 square feet of Premier Up
market, Urbane retail space in a Mall and the fit outs are underway.

The unique experiences business of ACE will be open to public from July 2010 onwards.

In order to socialize the business idea amongst our target audience namely Government
machinery, Top notch corporate, Premiere schools & Colleges in Hyderabad, we propose to
recruit a young and savvy sales & Marketing team of 10 members.

Position: Unique Event Planner & Production executive – 3 members required

Essentials: Must be fun and able to work in a small environment. You should be Very
organised and have an attention to detail. Computer literate, excellent communication skills
and phone demeanour, exceptional Internet researching abilities, organized, great work ethic
and tact in dealing with all levels. Must be a team player, have a good attitude, and can take
a project and run with it. Good writing skills is essential and would be valued in our industry
and last but not least creativity is of the highest essence to have input into all of the creative
unique experiences events we are putting together in Hyderabad at In orbit mall

Position: Sales and Marketing Champion – 6 Members required

The job involves creating and distributing sales information on company products to the
customers, distributors or resellers through digital, direct mail and other channels.

Duties and Responsibilities

 The champion will work on power point presentations, have sales meeting with leading
IT/TES Companies, Premier schools, colleges, MNC & Indian Banks, Property development
companies , beverage, clothing and other leading retailers to enrol their participation in our
unique experiences exhibition and events at Hyderabad.

 Carrying out the sale of tickets and memberships to the public.

 Responding to customer queries in an informative and courteous manner.

 Maximising tickets sales and actively promoting the ACE and all its activities.

 Identifying sales opportunities or prospects or end customers in the market.

 Finding link or key selling opportunities utilizing both old and new contacts.

 Sharing marketing research determinations with product development, research and


development and marketing departments.

 Identifying new product and market opportunities.

 Following up direct sales leads.

 Seeking out new promotional opportunities for company products.

 Assisting in creation, co-ordination and production of marketing collateral, press releases


and exhibition graphics.

 Generating intelligence of company competitors.

 Building and managing sales force and distribution network.

 Coordinating and representing recruitment exhibitions, literature festivals, trade fairs, and
other events, including follow of contacts.

 Assisting in preparing comparisons with contenders.

 Assisting customers in the product operation and answering their questions.

Skills and Specifications for both the positions

 Interest in Art & Entertainment industry

 Outgoing and well-spoken; must be a 'people person', must feel comfortable speaking on
the phone.

 Ambitious and hard working. Must be self motivated and willing to work industry hours.

 Organized, detail oriented and punctual, Research skills & knowledge of internet,

 Proficiency in Microsoft office programs.

 Should have high presentation and demonstration skills.

 Strong remote and direct sales skills.

 Should have solid negotiation skills.

 Intimate knowledge of sales and marketing.

 Knowledge of dealing with distributors.

 Should operate effectively under minimal supervision.

 Prepared to travel anytime.

 Excellent interpersonal and managing project skills.

Education and Qualifications

 Bachelor’s/ Masters degree in Marketing Management from an accredited institution.
