Republic of the Philippines SUPREME COURT Manila Office of the Bar Confidant NOTICE TO THE 2019 BAR PASSERS SCHEDULE FOR THE SIGNING OF THE ROLL OF ATTORNEYS The Signing of the Roll of Attorneys of the 2019 Bar Passers shall be conducted at the Division Hearing Room, New Building, Supreme Court (SC), which is located at Padre Faura Street, Manila, from July 6, 2020 to August 3, 2020, from 9:00 a.m to 12:00n.n, and from 2:00 p.m to 4:30 p.m. Only those who were given clearance and attended the oath-taking ceremony via video conference shall be allowed to sign the Roll of Attomeys. Specific instructions, as well as the link to the online scheduler, will be sent to the 2019 Bar Passers through the e-mail addresses they used during the clearance process. Please choose your schedule on or before 24 June 2020. Changes in the schedule can only be made after calling the Office of the Bar Confidant (OBC). Bar passers are required to wear formal attire as well as face mask and/or facial gear before entry to the SC premises. No guests are allowed to accompany them inside the SC premises during their respective roll signing schedules. They are likewise required to bring the following: 1. two (2) valid IDs which you sent to the OBC via email during the clearance process; 2. a notarized affidavit of the Bar passer stating that (a) he or she attended the oath taking ceremony within Philippine territory and (b) he or she took a photograph or screenshot of the video conference showing both himself/herself and the En Bane proceedings during the ceremony; 3. proof of attendance during the oath-taking ceremony, particularly a digital copy of the photograph or screenshot showing one’s attendance during the video conference; 4. a'sum of money as payment for the the following: a. Bar Admission Fee = P3,750.00 b. Bar Certification Fee - Sub Total : ©. Rapid Test Fee : Grand Total - __P4,500,00 Upon arrival in the SC on the scheduled day of roll signing, a Bar Passer is required: (a) submit oneself to Covid-19 rapid testing by the SC Clinic Doctor; and (b) and pay the required fees with the SC Cashier assigned in the Division Hearing Room. For this reason, Bar Passers are required to arrive one (1) hour before their scheduled signing. The Clinic is open as early as 6:00 a.m. Bar Passers, who based on justifiable reasons, cannot go to the SC during the roll-signing period are advised to send their complete names and reasons to obe.bar2019@se.judiciary.eov.ph.
