Brief Product Description

1. Refined Oil

Refined lubricants comply fully with vehicle manufacturer’s warranty

requirements. Test after test has shown that re-refined oil is just as good, if not better,
than virgin oil. Re-refined oil products are subject to the same stringent refining,
compounding, and performance standards applied to virgin oil products. Lubricating oil
does not wear out, it simply becomes dirty as it does its job. Once water and
contaminants are removed from collected used oil, it is returned to a full and useful life as
a re-refined base oil there is no compromise in the quality of re-refined oil.

2. Asphalt

In the re-refining process of used oil, asphalt is one of the by-products. This is
then processed to bring out asphalt of comparable quality to that of an asphalt raw
material from a virgin oil refinery.

2.1 REVoil Asphaltscal

The asphalt cement feed undergoes various chemical reactions such as oxidation,
polymerization, dehydrogenation, etc. to produce a secondary product which is a special
processed asphaly called Asphaltscal or oxidized (blown) asphalt. These reactions bring
about desired changes in the consistency, softening point, ductility, and temperature
susceptibility of the finished product. Asphaltscal is a versatile asphalt product used for a
variety of industrial and specialty applications such as:
 Roofing applications
 Pipe coating enamels
 Undersealing to fill cavities to concrete pavements
 Electrical insulations, water – proofing membrane
