Note 1- Follow
F propeer connection instruction according item
m6
Note 2 - WARNING: Compressor shall not be connected direct to AC poower line. Onnly Donper ap pproved inveerter
is approvved for this coompressor. Direct
D connecttion to powerr AC causes permanent
p daamage to mottor magnets, and
severe looss of perforrmance. The use of otheer inverter no ot approved by Donper leads to losss of compresssor
warrantyy.
Note 3 – See inverter specificationn for details
5.5- Powwer supplyy cord, Inteerconnectioon cables, ground cablle- technicaal requirem ments
This prooduct is appproved for direct
d powerr supply con
nnection, annd direct acccess for finaal user.
Minimuum requirem
ment for inteerconnectionn cord is 4G
G 0,5mm2 (H03V2V2-
( -F respectiv
vely

EC56). An approved
a caable must bee used.
Any and all power cord or intercon nnection cabbles are not approved und
der this VDE ccertification and
a needs to be
tested in the final app
pliance accorrding to the reequired stand
dards.
Note: Donper
D does not providee power suppply cord, appliance
a grrounding wiire and sign
nal cables. This
T
must bee provided by
b customerr according appliance laayout and above-menti
a ioned speciffication.
Note: Grounding
G w from electronic unit to applian
wire nce chassis should be aas short as possible
p to
better EMI
E results. Suggested length is < 200 mm, ass showed inn figure bellow.

ms
⑴、Doon’t take offf the rubbeer plugs before using and installiing compreessor to preevent dust and a
moisturre.
⑵、Doon’t turn doown or incline the com mpressor duuring storagge, transporrtation or in
nstallation and
a
avoid viibration andd shock.
⑶、Thhe compresssor must bee kept horizzontally durring runningg, the inclinnation anglee must be less
l
than 5°.
⑷、Thhe interval of o compressor operationn must be more
m than 4 minutes in order to obttain a pressuure
balance in the systeems.
⑸、Doon’t start orr run in thhe case of vacuum orr charge high voltage in the com mpressor. The
T
compresssor cannott be used to vacuumize the refrigerration system
m.
⑹、Thhe design of o refrigerattion system
m must be suitable to insure thee oil could flow backk to
compresssor.
⑺、Thhe maximum m ambient temperature
t e of the com
mpressor opperation is 43℃.When n continuouusly
operatinng under thee maximum
m ambient teemperature 43℃,
4 the condensing
c g pressure and the peeak
pressurre should not exceed as showing in the followwing tablee.
Refrigerannt R
R600a
Max. condensingg pressure 0.887MPa
Peak 0.998Mpa
⑻、Wiiden the evaaporating Teemp. range of the comp pressor shouuld be approoved by DOONPER.
⑼、Coompressor shhould be stoored in a dryy place.
⑽、Thhe storing peeriod must be b less thann 6 months after the daate of produuction. If lonnger, you haave
to checkk whether thhe filled gass is sufficiennt. Replenisshment musst be done iff necessary.
⑾、It’ss necessary to keep thee compressoor without rubber r plugg as short tim
me as possiible (max tiime
10 min)).
⑿、R6600a system ms require a filter with drying
d agen
nt with suitaable for R6000a refrigeraant
⒀、Thhe vacuum pump p and thhe charging system must only be dedicated
d to R600a.
⒁、Thhe refrigerattion system m should minnimize the content of chlorion annd moisturee, and must be
free of paraffin
p andd silicon oil.
⒂、Thhe organic suubstance noon-compatibble with R60 00a cannot be used in tthe refrigeraation system
m.
(16)、WWARNING G– R600a gaas is flammable, and an ny service in
i appliancee must be done
d with caare,
by profe
fessional perrson. Do oppen sealed circuit
c in op
pen and welll ventilatedd ambient, and
a be sure all
gas wass removed before
b removve compresssor.
(17) The maximum m altitude off the appliannce should not
n be higheer than 20000m above th he sea levell.
