SUB: REQUEST FOR LOAN UNDER UGECL SCHEME

In light of the liquidity / cash flow mismatch on account of the present outbreak of COVID-
19, we request for sanction of working capital term loan under UGELC scheme for
Rs.10,00,000.00/-(Rupees Ten Lakhs).

I/we hereby confirm the following:

1. The no. of employees with us are as follows: 14 Nos
2. The monthly wage/salary outgo is: 2,97,355/-
3. Our unit has been adversely impacted by COVID-19 pandemic.
4. Our Unit/Work was open/closed in Lockdown & is now functioning.
5. We require funds under this scheme for business purposes like payment of statutory
dues/ procurement of raw materials/ payment of creditors, etc.
6. Annual Turnover in FY 2019-2020 is Rs.39,51,173.00. As FY 2019-2020 are yet to be
finalized hence we confirm that our turnover for FY 2019-20 is less than Rs.100.00
crore.
